February Employee of the Month! Meet Jalisa!

"Hello! I'm Jalisa Miller, a Victim & Family Advocate, here at the Children's Advocacy Center. It’s a pleasure to be recognized as Employee of the Month for February 2021!

I seek to inject empathy in all that I do, whether insightfully advocating for children/families or tirelessly supporting my colleagues in the intricate work we do. My work and work ethic are both deeply influenced by my personal belief that grass is greener because and where you water it. It’s never too late to pick up positive momentum and become a caring supportive adult each child deserves by their side when faced with the worst of the worst.

I am beyond elated and humbly fortunate to serve the children and families here at the Children’s Advocacy Center and work alongside kindred hearts that thrive off doing the same."
